Meet the Animals - Horses

Big Sky Ranch Animal Sanctuary is currently the home to several horses who are available for adoption to the right home.

Please drop by during visiting hours to meet our horses.

	This is Mouse. He is a 3yr old paint Minnie looking for a good home. He has had a full check with our vet.
	Meet lndy ... he is a 4 yr old standard breed who is looking for a good home. You need to be an experienced rider. Indy has been fully checked out by our vet.
	Bank on the left is a 9 year old gelded standard breed horse, 17 hands high. He is a good riding horse with a wonderful temperment. Deeter on the right is 22 years old, standard breed, gelded horse, 15 hands. Bank and Deeter have been good friends for many years, so it would be nice to keep them together if possible.
	Diesel is a 4 year old Welsh Pony, who is gelded and 13 hands high. Loving horse with a wonderful personality. Good riding pony for young kids.
	Blaze is a 4 year old registered Paint horse who is 15.2 hands high. She is a wonderful horse and is a good riding horse.
	Scotty is 4 years old and is a Pertron Cross. He is gelded, kind, good with kids and other horses. Scotty is an excellent riding horse.
	Danny is a handsome 16 hands high Standard Breed. He has a wonderful temperment and is a beautiful horse. He needs an experienced rider.
	This is Zeus ... he is 1 1/2 years old and is gelded. He is a beautiful black and white paint horse with a wonderful personality.
	This is Dolly. She is a standard breed at 16 hands and is 9 years old. She is a beautiful pasture horse. She has one front foot that turns in a bit so she can't be riden, however, she gallops on her own and gets around just fine. She has a good temperment and would make a wonderful companion horse.
	Thor is a black stallion who is not gelded. He is 6 years old and 14 hands high. He's a very beautiful horse with some riding experience. You should be an experienced rider for Thor.
	Leo is an 8 year old experienced barrel racer who loves to be ridden, dispite the fact that he is partially blind. He is 15.5 hands high and has a wonderful temperment.
	Spirit is a beautiful registered pure paint horse. She is 7 years old and 16 hands high. She is a very happy horse and needs an experienced rider.
	Kelly is a beautiful horse who is blind in one eye and so needs an experienced rider. She is 7 years old and 15.5 hands high.
	Victor is an ex-race horse who once came 2nd in the Queens Plate. He is 10 years old and 17 hands high. He would need an experienced rider and he has a very nice temperment.
